We are in need of a Business Analyst with excellent business writing skills and a good understanding of technical terminology or operations!

Job Responsibilities



Review all incidents and coordinate with customer service managers to determine report requirements.

Document, track, create and deliver required incident reports to the impacted jurisdictions within contractual requirements.

Review and analyze data in order to perform standard analysis of business goals, objectives and needs for the Services organization.

Collect and aggregate data for the network and operations executive summary and ensure the delivery of the report within required timelines.

Assist with the planning and design of business processes and systems

Makes recommendations and changes in order to improve and support business activities

Collects data to assist/support cross-functional team in the identification of root cause problems.

Measures performance against goals

Document, track, create and deliver required problem reports to the impacted jurisdictions within contractual requirements.

Assist the Sr. Business Analyst with the Audit Control Process deliverables.

Deliver training for users of Incident Management, Problem Management. Audit Control and Service Level Management.

Comply with all agreed service levels.

Escalate potential risks regarding incident management, problem management, service level management and audit control to Sr. Management and Site Management.

Update the Service Level Management document and distribute upon request.

Projects would include gathering business requirements, reporting requirements, metrics, measurements and goals.

Provide management with information for decision making and planning.

Creates personnel training completion reports by cost center and distributes to and ATC management.

Inputs, updates and closes training events into the Learning Management System.

Coordinates and facilitates the weekly training meetings.

Assist with the development of a Training University under the supervision of the Technology Training Manager.

Conducts training needs analysis in support of requirements.

Liaisons with external training vendors to identify potential training resources.

Coordinates training facilities utilization in Texas.

Updates and manages the training calendars.

Required Skills
3 - 5 years of Business Analyst and process improvement experience
