Job Description:
This position is responsible for gathering and defining requirements for the implementation of ITIL service management applications. This includes working with clients, process owners, and developers to deliver a solution which meets the business needs. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years overall experience with at least 1 year in a CMMI level 3+ organization. Position level is dependent on candidate’s level of experience. Primary Experience:

  • 4+ years experience as a business/systems analyst
  • 1+ years developer experience
  • Strong understanding of ITIL Service Management processes
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, adaptability, enthusiasm and motivation.
  • Experience implementing a COTS package
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
    Secondary Experience:
  • UAT Test plan development
  • 1+ years Remedy ITSM 6.0+ experience
  • 1+ years Report requirements and analysis
  • Business Objects experience
  • Process Reengineering, Data analysis
  • HP Quality Center/Winrunner
  • Oracle, SQL
  • End User Training
  • TQM, Six Sigma

    Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or related discipline.
