Description: The ESD SE Middleware - GUI Administration Team is responsible for the data management in the SE to supports bundle and affiliate products for downstream systems.
Assignments will include various long term projects with staggered deployment dates as well as short term rapid deployment requests between September 2009 and December 2009.

Job Description for PMGUI Administrator:
PMGUI Admin (administrator) is someone who can analyze and translate marketing data into workbook requirements using Excel. The admin will enter the workbook data into the Production Maintenance GUI (Graphical User Interface), audit the data entered, promote the data, and test the data. An Administrator?s tasks are broken down into five parts: Business Analyst, Data Entry, Auditor, Tester, and Tech Writer.
Business Analyst (BA): The BA tasks are to analysis marketing data and translate into workbook requirements.
Data Entry: Enter data from an Excel workbook.
Auditor: The auditing tasks are to document any data discrepancies and provide reports to the PMGUI Admin Lead.
Tester: The testing tasks are to test the data that is entered via ESD (Enterprise Services and Data) support utilities.
Tech Writer/Documentation: The documentation tasks are to create and maintain user documentation based upon rapid changes via multiple projects.
Required Technical skill set:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Project
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Power Point
- Analytical skills (Business Analyst)
- Testing or auditing skills
- Six months plus experience with creating user friendly user documentation
- Type minimum 50wpm and accurate
Required Performance/Functional skill set:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work long hours (when necessary) including weekends
- Ability to multitask
- Detail oriented
- Ability to respond quickly to marketing requests
- Ability to work in a fast paced/fast changing environment

- Ability to coordinate multiple schedules within a work week
Optional skill set:
- Harvest Change Manager 7.1
- 1 year experience with Product Maintenance GUI or GUI environment
- Understanding of client Standard Operating Procedures
