Job Summary:

Work with users to define requirements, conduct user acceptance testing, plan system conversions, and document user processes for new systems or enhancements

Essential Functions:

1. Interview users and help document existing processes and new/enhanced application system requirements.2. Analyze operations processes, redesign process flow, and develop system specifications to support improved process flow.3. Help users document Use Cases and test conditions for testing new applications.4. Develop user manuals for new applications, especially those applications that clients use directly, including:a. System and/or process documentation manualsb. Performance support tools, eg, small quick-reference cards or booklets, keyboard function-key templates, etc.c. Help Page contents for Web applications.5. Develop training materials for products and/or new systems, including:a. Powerpoint presentationsb. Web presentationsc. Web-based or CBT courses d. User workbooks to go with a, b, and c above6. Conduct application system training classes.7. Maintain and update any of the above items.

Job requires limited external customer contact, extensive internal customer contact, and moderate access to SNC confidential information. Attendance and dependability: The employee can be depended on to report to work at the scheduled time and is seldom absent from work. Employee can be depended upon to complete work in a timely, accurate and thorough manner and is conscientious about assignments.

Minimum QualificationsEducation and Qualifications:

1. Ability to manage and complete multiple, concurrent tasks with multiple user interfaces.2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills3. Well-organized, disciplined work habits4. Ability to document requirements, processes, and systems quickly and clearly.5. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills6. College degree, preferably in systems analysis or technical writing7. Additional desired qualifications are:- Programming experience - Project planning, estimating, and leadership skills
