Description
Serve as a functional and system analysts for the Servicing Application Suite; engaged throughout the validation, implementation, and post-implementation phases of projects.
Primary responsibilities of this position are to manage the definition of system specifications in business projects. Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and determine solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. Develop project proposals and business requirements with sponsor and project team, based on need Support development and execution of project tasks. Ensure effective translation of business need (BRD) into functional analysis (Functional Spec) and use cases.
Identify internal business partners, design teams, QA teams, development teams, project managers, and architecture teams and engage them throughout the entire design lifecycle. Domain of projects will range from internal mainframe applications system changes, user front-end web enhancements, and 3rd party vendor changes and associated interfaces.
Drive project analysis phases of the project. Schedule and conduct project team meetings during project analysis. Report team activities to functional experts, team members, and sponsor. Resolve cross-functional issues.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent work experience with 5 to 8 years related work experience.
. Extensive experience eliciting requirements during real time collaborative sessions with stakeholders located in different geographic locations.
. Ability to define and document business requirements, business process maps ("As-Is/To be") flows and diagrams.
. Extensive experience facilitating the development of and documenting Functional Specifications
. Ability to research and prioritize user requirements and functional requirements
. High degree of understanding of project management methods and techniques.
. Strong interpersonal skills at all levels of management and ability to motivate employees/teams to apply skills and techniques to solve dynamic problems; excellent teamwork skills.
. Must have fundamental understanding of Mainframe and COBOL/CICS applications and application concepts.
. Proficiency using MS Visio, PowerPoint, MS Office Suite.
. Experience using a defined SDLC commercial/business applications
. Strong ability to differentiate between functional and non functional requirements
