Description
Genesis10 is seeking a Format Business Analyst, primary responsibilities of the Format Business Analyst is working with the business partners (MIO) to map existing paper signs for existing approved digital sign formats and defining new and updated digital sign formats.
The Format Business Analyst will also document format requirements and work with I.S. technical resources to determine the feasibility and approach for digital formats.

Experience/Skills
. Other responsibilities include working with internal business partners and I.S. to define new functionality and changes within the system
. Excellent communication skills is a must
. Preference may be given to BAs with strong facilitation skills
. Very good writing and documentation skills are necessary
. Must be able to alter communication style when going between the business partners and the technical team
. Creativity is a plus
