TM Floyd & Company has an excellent opportunity working as a Business Analyst in Columbia, SC!

Individuals for this opportunity must have two years experience working as a Business Analyst and experience with data analysis and requirement gathering.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing data for analysis by the business unit and the client, ensuring that department policies, procedures, and standard methodologies are used in all reviews, and arranging major activities between the client and the business unit to ensure maximum gain from technical resources.

Responsibilities also include the following:

• Document user needs identify systems impacted by necessary changes
• Perform usability studies to recommend user interface and reporting changes
• Monitor and interpret government mandates to identify additional process or system functionality or changes necessary to existing
• Actively resolve day-to-day technology needs of the business unit with a focus on the analysis of processes - dissecting problems and suggesting solutions, including complex systems process analysis, design, and simulation
• Leverage knowledge of IS solutions and business support improvements, as well as industry requirements to identify, propose, and influence customer business solutions

Required Skills:
