Job Description/Responsibilities:



Business Development Manager will m
anage the identification, development and renewal of partnerships through the following:



*


Develop and nurture working relationships with existing and prospective partners

*


Identify new partnership opportunities

*


Develop the overall strategy for new partners

*


Investigate potential partnership opportunities with product teams

*


Develop appropriate deal terms and scope

*


Plan any necessary integration activities with various internal groups

*


Negotiate and execute contracts

*


Work with cross-functional teams across partner life cycles

*


Effective working knowledge of legal documents

*


Ownership and understanding of the business and how WDIG and the partners businesses mesh

*


Manage internal and external flow of communications ensuring all stakeholders are aware of current status

Top Skills/Qualifications:

*


Minimum of 3 years business development, internet experience

*


MBA preferred

*


Strong verbal and written communication skills

*


Ability to work effectively under deadlines and in ambiguous environments

*


Self starter

*


Resourceful and ability to work independently

*


Knowledge of internet industries and business models
