Our open sales position requires a strong phone presence and excellent face-to-face presentation abilities.

Synigent Technologies with headquarters in Richmond, Virginia, has been in the technology staffing and recruiting business for over 15 years. Synigent has plans for expansion of offices from Virginia to Florida. Come join us for an exciting and lucrative growth opportunity!

Your week involves:
* Prospecting to setup and lead field sales appointments for IT staffing and recruiting services
* Meeting aggressive sales activity and performance goals
* Partnering with Client Hiring Managers to bring in open job orders and working with our in-house recruiters to fill them
* Maintaining employee/manager relationship with consultants assigned to respective clients
* Networking in the information technology marketplace to identify additional sales opportunities
* Maintaining our client contact database
* Average of 50 hour work week

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 years IT staffing sales experience, superior "people skills" including public speaking, written communication skills, telephone skills, closing and objection handling techniques. You should be proficient in the role of a consultative salesperson with strong relationships.
