Business Intelligence - CRM Data Warehouse Technical Analyst will work closely with the business do define requirements, design, develop, and implement business solutions. The candidate must have a strong customer focused background. Must have experience in project life cycle development activities (requirements definition, design, configuration, environment build / installation, testing and deployment). Candidates must have experience in developing Sales, Marketing, and Financial Scorecords / Metrics. Must have technical knowledge and experience in Oracle Data Base Warehousing and Business Intelligence Reporting Tools.Primary Responsibility: Working with the business on defining and designing business application solutions and reporting solutions in the area of sales and marketing. Work closely with the sales and marketing organizations to understand and facilitate requirements definition. Align data architecture and reporting strategies to business objectives. Develop projects based on understanding of business needs. Analyze and document business rules, business processes, process flows, and business requirements. Transform system requirements into a design. Analyze / Identify data amd metadata requirements. Experience in ETL setup and development for mapping data elements from legacy system to data warehousing model. Interface with all project teams; i.e. Database Administrator team, Infrastructure Team. Verify system requirements by development of test scripts and scenarios. Document and train users on new functionality.
