Description
AT&T Government Solutions is hiring for 35 positions in support of a series of contract delivery orders awarded by the US Department of Agriculture's National Information Technology Center (NTIC) in Kansas City. 

This center manages Applications Development Services, Contingency Services, Disaster Recovery, Migrations and Consolidation, Storage, Security and Telecommunications services for USDA activates across the United States.  The work will start immediately.

Job Details:
Collects business intelligence requirements and converts those requirements into a BI front-end to support the business sponsor and end user community. Works with business partners and analysts to deliver reporting/analytic solutions; design and manage the BI tools and applications environments; develop the metadata and create reports and report definitions; create and deliver end-user training and documentation and provide second-line support to power users who develop reports on behalf of their departmental colleagues. Creates reports and report templates using OBIEE Hyperion.

Experience Requirements:
• minimum of three (3) years experience working in Business Intelligence Reporting
• working experience using Hyperion Performance Suite Expert
• working experience using Oracle Business Intelligence Suite - Enterprise Edition
• experience creating design documents for reporting and ad hoc queries
• experience creating dashboards and EIS tabs
• experience with dimensional modeling
• experience performing BI Infrastructure ( toolset installation & configuration, administration and security)
• knowledge of relational databases (Oracle and Informix)
• strong communication skills (oral and written)
• strong problem solving skills
• experience creating the Hyperion reports
• experience working with the business and end user communities
• understanding SQL queries
• developed business-oriented definitions and other metadata for the reports, dashboards, and EIS tabs
• experience publishing and scheduling Hyperion report jobs
• experience facilitating meetings and walkthroughs with the business community

Education and Certification Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or other related field or 5-7 years equivalent Experience.
