CCCi has a long-term opportunity for Business Operations Specialists with our Large Energy customer in Charlotte , NC . Candidate will ensure timely and accurate readings and usage data including data for Energy customers and data subscribers/customers. He/she will respond to and resolve complex customer requests, inquiries and complaints and interface and coordinate with other groups/departments to resolve issues. Other responsibilities will include: provide quality customer service, while minimizing cost and increasing company earnings; resolve Work Queue meter reading and interval usage exceptions using the EDMS application; resolve Meter Data Log issues created through the Sync process; schedule/monitor/resolve issues for the AutoBill process; run EDMS reports and review/resolve issues associated with the reports. Candidate will maintain high availability and flexibility with work hours that includes extending hours to ensure all cycle billing activities are completed in a timely basis. Candidate will need to work effectively as a team, self-directed and willing to step outside of normal assignments to assist others.
Customer requires a Bachelors Degree and 3-5 years experience as a Business Operations Specialist. Basic Qualifications: Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time. 2-3 years customer service experience including CMS or CBIS system and CMS or CBIS Data process or other comparable customer service areas. Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all customers and employees. Effectively exercises consistent good judgment in making difficult decisions which affect company revenue and customer satisfaction. Ability to effectively research, investigate, evaluate and document routine and complex customer situations. Excellent work habits, self motivated, displaying ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Demonstrate ability to effectively change job duties on short notice; with an optimistic approach (ie receive inbound or outbound calls to customers or cross-train on other job duties). Broad knowledge of Data and Account Maintenance job functions. Strong experience with Databases (CMS - Customer Mgmt Sys) (CBIS - Cust Billing Info Sys), (EDMS - Energy Data Mgmt Sys).
