We have an immediate need for a Business Process Analyst.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Looking for a Business Process Analyst for a 3 months contract job!

OVERVIEW:
The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for documenting current business processes for the Global Services organization and providing requirements for in flight system implementations.

The ideal candidate would have experience analysing existing business processes and drafting process flow diagrams. He/she would have experience implementing large scale IT systems and have the ability to translate business processes into system requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage inventory of 100 pre-sale and post-sale processes.
  • Work with business process owners to document current pre-sale and post-sale process flows.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Work with IT to understand target state architecture and provide business requirements for systems implementations.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 7 years experience with business process modelling and systems development
  • Proficiency in using MS Visio, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Ability to rapidly learn new processes and technologies
  • Talent for effective collaboration with both technical staff and business professionals
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working a dynamic environment.
  • Independent working style with little need for direction
  • Logical and analytical mindset with strict attention to detail
  • Bachelors degree in Business, CS or related field
