Description

This is a fantastic long term opportunity to lead process improvements and increase customer retention in a call center environment. Candidates must have the following:


- Experience developing product/process improvement plans for call centers.

- Experience researching Broadband DSL market trends and technological improvements and taking advantage of the information gathered to make a measurable improvement in efficiency and customer retention.

- Proven success in implementing new efficiency and customer satisfaction/retention policies in an established call center.

Please note: This is an urgent need and interviews are being scheduled during the week of August 2nd and August 9th so interested and qualified candidates should respond immediately.

Detailed data analysis skills, ability to extract data from multiple systems, strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access and Outlook, Project management experience, Customer support in either Internet or Operations capacities.
