We are seeking knowledgeable, creative and committed individuals who are ready to grow with us. In this position you will:




  • Play a leadership role in the BPS proof of concepts (POCs) and due diligences across the US

  • Lead BPS wins in the US through a successful transition phase to steady-state operations

  • Recruit senior BPS operations talent to lead BPS engagement/operations on a long-term basis

  • Develop BPS operations best practices, methodologies, and standardized reporting criteria for US BPS operations




The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 7 years in BPS operations leadership, account-level P&L experience, and a strong understanding of complex sales methodologies. You will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as you will be facilitating meetings, managing teams, and interfacing with C-level executives from Fortune 500 companies in multiple verticals.
