We have an immediate need for a Business Reporting Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Business Reporting Analyst that can perform customer support/operations for a new website. This Website will be launched in early October. The role will include responding to customer inquiries and managing all ad-hoc billing directly to the end customer and to the marketing partners. He/she will go through emails that come through the site. Ad-hoc results of what they are getting. Will need to converse with customers. Must have excellent writing skills as well as must have a
strong personality - as well as great communication skills. Will then manage Web site
operations - deal with issues (please note that there is a separate technical group that will handle the technical issues-)
Must also have advanced EXCEL and/or Powerpoint Experience.
In addition, must have excellent customer service skills, particularly in a telemarketing B2B environment, and some accounting or finance experience. Will need to handle some financial reporting as well. So any accounts payable experience is a plus. Recent college grads with internship/summer experience and some finance in their background will be acceptable - this is a client facing role

PLEASE NOTE - This is a 6 month+ W2 hourly contract position.
