Description

Our client, an innovative leader in hi-tech hardware and software,
is looking for a Business Reporting Analyst within their marketing group.
We are currently seeking candidates who have extensive experience in:
o Understanding business requirements and translating into reporting models
o Reporting for management and executive level presentation (particularly investment reporting)
o Documenting report business requirements
o Documenting end user-oriented report design and report mock-ups for reporting platforms such as Oracle BI (Siebel Analytics)
o Developing and documenting comprehensive test cases
o Performing QA testing and documenting test results
o Data validation methods, eg, providing data validation baseline data and performing data validation testing
Extensive technical knowledge of:
o MRM application data structure (a plus)
o Accessing data via SQL queries
o Access data from Oracle databases
o Oracle BI (Siebel Analytics)
o Excel ODBC interfaces to Oracle database
o Excel pivot tables, reference table look-ups, and complex formulas (eg, nested IFs, etc.)
o PowerPoint
o MS Access
Working knowledge of:
o Visual Basic
