Assignment Capsule
As a Business Services analyst you will: Collect multi-faceted data, analyze information, make recommendations, drive decisions, and implement recommendations within the Associate and Business Services function.

  • Assist with managing the flow of information and reporting,
  • Create and track metrics which tell a story
  • Focus on process improvement activities by leveraging the use of technology

Role Essentials
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to translate analytics into action
  • Microsoft Office proficiency - able to write queries, create forms, reports and documents in Word, Access and Excel

  • Six Sigma certified


Reporting Relationships
  • You will report to a Business Manager. This area is under the leadership of the SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer.
