Categories: Application DevelopmentPrimary focus to manage and mentor a group of functional Business Solutions Managers. These managers serve as the point of contact for business line management for issue resoltuion, service levels, escalation of issues, and project delivery. Manages team of IT professionals including Business Sytems Analysts and Programmers. Responsible for policies and procedures surrounging the internal software delivery life cycle. Will ensure standards, methodologies, policies, and processes are followed consistently by all teams. Requirements:Proven leadership skills managing technology teams, with a minimum of five years of information technology experience in the banking industry. Must possess an in-depth knowledge of software development, quality assurance & automated testing, project management methodologies, information management, vendor performance, and operations. Requires a Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. Must have experience working on the Fiserv CBS Core Banking System. An IBM iSeries background is also required. Proven experience managing a development team of business systems analysts and programmers working with various development languages, including RPG IV ILE. Strong leadership skills to include effective communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills are required. The ability to mentor, coach, & develop staff is essential.df-tc
