Description
JOB PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for supporting the business systems applications for the Customer Contact Center. Duties include being a point person for the Customer Contact Center with the Information Systems Help Desk and vendors that provide technical support.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as first point of contact for system problem resolution, identifying problem situations, and analyze courses of action and implement solutions;
- Assist with day to day maintenance of Contact Center applications, software programs and hardware issues;
- Responsible for managing equipment inventories;
- Effectively communicate with all levels of staff in the Contact Center as well as support vendors;
- Assist with projects assigned to the Business Systems Support Team;
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly statistical reports;
- Contribute to the overall strategy of providing service to Chevy Chase Bank customers and employees.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Skills/Abilities:
- General knowledge of Call Center operations
- Working knowledge of PCS, LANS, WANS and ACD technology
- In depth knowledge of all Microsoft applications
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Detail oriented and excellent time management skills

EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 1-year experience providing customer service and/or technology support
- Experience working with Call Center technology plus
- Knowledge or spreadsheets, databases and other reporting tools
- Familiar with Symposium, Witness and/or Pipkins applications a plus

EDUCATION:
- College Degree in Computer Science or related technical field preferred
- Related work experience considereddf-tc
