PeopleSoft Analyst/Business Analyst-Many Business Analyst Opportunities!

Peoplesoft Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and technology leads to capture conversion requirements and document requirements in requirements management tool

- Conceptualize overall conversion strategy using context diagrams and technical designs

- Integrate process, people, data and technology components into functional designs leveraging best practices integration strategy and error recovery patterns

- Proactively identify data issues and collaborate with technology lead to mitigate the risks by proposing data rationalization and clean up strategies

- Facilitate Joint Application Design sessions with business and technology teams for cross-team alignment

Required Skills:


- 4+ years of Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 8.8/8 specifically in modules GL and Accounts Payables; Purchasing & Inventory

- Strong data model understanding of above modules.

- Experience implementing legacy system conversions

- Healthcare experience

- Strong understanding of how the required functionality is supported by the PeopleSoft application and technology

- Strong Knowledge and hands-on experience with delivered PeopleSoft conversion utilities and technologies

- IBM Data Stage/Other ETL, SQRs, AEs and CIs.

- Knowledge of PeopleSoft integration and technology tools - Integration Broker, application messaging, component interface, process scheduler and application engine

- Some experience on data analysis and data conversion and data cleansing tools

- ETLs and Convoy

- 1+ years of experience with PeopleSoft EPM

- PeopleSoft skills: Peoplesoft 8.9, Cognos, Peoplesoft Functional, Peoplesoft nVision, Peoplsoft SQR Dev., G/L, A/P, PO, INV, EPM Warehouses (Finance and Warehouse Marts)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Preferred qualifications include health care industry background

- PeopleSoft 8.9 deployment experience; the ability to manage teams of professionals; and previous experience working independently in a complex environment.
