We have an immediate need for a Business Systems Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION
Senior Business Analyst/Project Analyst with 5 - 7 years experience supporting large complex projects. Solid understanding of the SDLC process and solid understanding of standard Project Methodology a must. Will provide BA and project analyst support to senior program/project managers.

Duties include;
- Producing standard Project deliverables including project charters/scope, business requirement documents.
- Producing Presentations to convey status and or present issue resolution to senior management
- Manage project collateral using Sharepoint and Planview
- Help track and document project forecasts and budgets
- Analysis, and compile data collected from Application areas to summarize impacts and help Project Manager define strategic approach and make key decisions
- Create/Update project schedules using MS Project.
- Own meeting logistics including recording minutes, set up of invites, documenting agendas.

Must have Skills:
- All MS office apps including MS Project and Visio
- 5 - 7 years experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Analyst
- Sharepoint - managing site content
- Excellent Verbal and written communication

Highly Desired Experience
- Planview
- Stamp
- Mainframe application business analysis experience
- Distributed (client Server) application business analysis experience
