Description
The Business System Analyst will provide operational reporting support and analysis for claims as relates to Tapestry and the MHC runout. This person will work along with the Directory of Business Systems Admin. and the Claims Automation and EDI Coordinator to provide system support for the existing claims system. This includes support for the daily processing of check from tech Tapestry and all EDI transactions, as well as business systems administration for the ancillary claim systems interfacing with Tapestry. The Business Systems Analyst is expected to provide analysis, recommendations, and solutions to claim processing issues and increased opportunities for claim processing automation.
  • Create monitor, and update claim operational reports as related to Tapestry claim processing, working with MIPA, TSPMG, IT and other analytical areas to provide accurate and timely analysis of claim processing
  • Provide business systems support for Macess, Winstrat/EasyGroup, Code Review, and other applicable claims related systems
  • Support MHC user during runout period, included related reporting
  • Support EDI processing and related transactions as requested by EDI Coordinator
  • Provide analysis of auto-adjudication opportunities related to Tapestry processing
  • Provide support for systems upgrades and enhancements

Experience/Skills
  • Knowledge of EPIC claims processing systems
  • Knowledge of Clarity Database is a huge benefit
