Description
This position provides strategic thought leadership for the Global Information Systems (GIS) in support of all functions and business units (International and North America). It leverages both the ability to define enterprise-wide, strategic direction and a background in information systems in order to bring to life value-added, long-term business solutions. Work closely with Global Information Systems leaders and their internal business partners to conduct internal and external situation analysis, define future state vision and migration path from current state, and facilitate gaining stakeholder alignment to strategy, major milestones and measures of success. Facilitate Investment Portfolio Management processes. Help develop and implement change management and communication plans to ensure sucessful strategy implementation. Provide strategic perspective, information and support to other key GIS initiatives.df-tc

Experience/Skills
.8-10+ years of increasing responsibility in strategy, process or technology oriented areas .Masters degree or MBA preferred .International experience required .Able to function as an organizational change agent and see beyond current situations towards enterprise-wide higher level process and systems improvements .Proven interpersonal skills: two-way communications skills (oral and written), ability to build relationships, influence others, work with a diverse internal customer base .Ability to handle multiple demands and shifting priorities Strong systems aptitude, demonstrated project management and planning skills; balances strategic skills with tactical execution skills Creative, proactive, pragmatic .Strategic, "out-of-the-box" thinker
