Description
Experienced buyer will be able to handle medium to high dollar purchase orders for various commercial electronic hardware, ADPE, software, outside fab and related services; have experience in negotiating Agreements such as software licenses as well as service agreements; have ability to represent Procurement in frequent inter-organizational and outside customer contacts. Duties include developing sourcing strategy and identifying competitive supply sources; preparing RFQ; evaluating responses; documenting rationale for the issuance of orders; taking responsibility to manage orders until completion of receipt and payment. Will supervise 3 employees. Supply Chain Manager experience a plus.
