Description
This is a contract opportunity for a SDET with n-tier system and SQL programming experience to work for the biggest name in the software industry.

Responsibilities include:
  • Tuning SQL performance
  • Troubleshooting n-tier system issues
  • Coding n-tier system by adding new features
  • Debugging product failure and finding root cause
  • Performing code coverage analysis and adding test cases to hit uncovered code paths
  • Investigation of a new testing tool/methodology to determine its applicability and usefulness
  • Developing performance tests and running profiler to find perf bottleneck(s)
  • Developing test cases for assigned feature(s)

Experience/Skills
  • Minimum 4 years software development or SDET experience
  • Strong SQL programming and administration skills
  • Ability to tune SQL performance
  • Experience coding n-tier architecture
  • Expert-level C++ and C# coding skills
  • Advanced/Dev level debugging skills
  • Previous working experience with testing software as service and UI automation a plus
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Self-driven, team player
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science required, some industry experience preferred
