+ Work with Senior developers in all phases of software development life cycle (SDLC)
+ Develop, implement, integrate, and test systems per technical design specifications using several Microsoft technologies including Sharepoint, BizTalk, .Net, IIS, SQL Server, etc.
+ Track and report development progress and performance on a weekly basis
+ Develop and implement Web sites, Web applications, systems and backend databases adhering to best practices and industry standards
+ Be a self-directed performer, innovator, and leader

Experience/Skills
Experience Required:

+ 4+ years of experience in IT with primary focus in application development
+ 2+ years of current experience in IT development projects following robust SDLC approaches including
Object-oriented application analysis and design using UML, formal unit, system testing including automated functional and performance testing, and proper configuration, release and deployment management using appropriate source control systems
+ 2+ years of past or current experience in Internet and Web development technologies like HTML, DHTML, XML, XSL, Web Services, SOA, JavaScript, ASP, ADO, VB, COM/COM+, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, .NET framework, VB.NET, C#, Sharepoint Server
+ 2+ years of past experience in programming using one or more languages like VB, C#, or VB.NET
+ 2+ years of experience in database design using Erwin or other database modeling tool, and database development experience such as ADO.Net, stored procedures, triggers, views, etc., using SQL and TSQL in Microsoft SQL Server 2000, 2005
+ 2+ years of experience in using Microsoft development tools including Visual Studio, Visual SourceSafe, Visio, FrontPage, etc.
+ 2+ years of experience in writing test cases, generating test data, executing unit, and integration tests
