Senior C#/.Net Systems Architect
VistaRMS is looking to hire a senior .Net/C# architect.

Requirements:
Must have excellent communications skills in dealing with client
Must have a can do attitude in expressing potential solutions
Need ability to express large scale ideas, programs, and projects in terminology that is easily relatable and understandable by the business users and community
Need ability to document and diagram ideas and directions in a manner that is easily understood without any additional presentation or explanation
Must be able to create presentations for executive level personnel relating critical program and project information
Must be able to work closely with the client in all communication medium
Must be able to give feedback within meetings with all levels of personnel
Must be able to communicate meeting information to other team personnel in written and verbal form
Technical
Must have a broad and detailed knowledge of numerous platforms and languages
Ability to relate to technical personnel in Mainframe, UNIX, and Windows environments
Ability to work knowledgably with hardware, software, networking, and security representatives both inside the IRS and with vendor organizations
Full knowledge of all Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
Full knowledge of Microsoft Server products (Server 2003, SQL Server, IIS 6)
Working knowledge with other vendor software products (Rational, Oracle, DB2)
Understanding of UML documentation and notation (Use Cases, Message Collaboration, Data Flow Diagrams, Event Diagrams)
Ability to diagram wiring diagrams between the hardware and software components
Must be able to design to the component level for projects based on business user requirements
Must be able to translate business requirements into technical applications or COTS implementations
Ability to act as a liaison between technical IRS organizations and the end user IRS business community

Working Environment Must be able to work in tight timeframes for communication and product delivery
Must be a highly motivated self starter that can meet client expectations with little direction or input
Must be able to create schedules, timelines, and resource estimates for numerous activities as assigned by the client
Must be able to work in various locations (NCFB, Vienna, Dallas, etc.)

Administration Must provide monthly status reports concerning activities and deliverables
Must maintain a current status on the electronic timekeeping system
Must meet with MSD Corporate as necessary based on ISO9000 standards
Must provide program and project management with all necessary documentation

Security Clearance Must be able to pass an MBI clearance check
