Description
Design, analyze, redesign and develop programming solutions in a Microsoft (MS) Windows environment supported by MS SQL Server 2000 higher databases and Microsoft IIS 6.0 and higher. Develop, install and support client/server and web-based applications using Visual Studio .NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, XML and C++/#. Gathers input from end users. Develops customized GUI and application based interfaces. Required to support resort reservation system development and troubleshooting on multi-tier application and web farm environment. Comply with and program in accordance with established software and database design standards and methods.Capable of independent work.Travel may be required.

Experience/Skills
Special consideration given for hotel reservation system experience
Minimum of 5 years experience of Microsoft based programming (VB, ASP, MTS, OLAP) experience with the last 3 in the .NET (VB/C#) framework. Microsoft certified professional (MCP). Experience in analysis, design, data modeling in Microsoft SQL Server 2000, development of Web based ann Client-Server applications, XML/XSL, Visio, System Architect, XML Spy, Visual InterDev and Visual SourceSafe. Sound knowledge of DTD, SOAP and Web Services
