We are currently looking for CAE Consultant , an urgent job opportunity with our Onsite Team. The requirement details are as follows Job Location : Anywhere in US (Preferred local to Detroit )
Duration : Long term Contract Domain Skills Required :
25+ years of experience in full vehicle crashworthiness and NVH development using CAE Consultant "must have" OEM experience in the development of multiple full vehicle programs. Experience in reducing number of iterations/rework in correlating with physical test results is required. Experience in Crash simulations (such as occupant simulations/crash sensing simulations/restraint system simulations/Biomechanical simulations/fleet mix simulations) and NVH simulations (Engine noise simulations, vibration path simulations, coupled modal analysis, acoustic simulations and etc) are preferable.Candidate must be aware/in touch with auto world and aware of future OEM R&D requirements/safety/NVH regulations to continuously improve the team in new technologies. Responsibilities:
To build capability as well as help in sales
To get connect with OEMs R&D and others
To build capability of our CAE team and also support team in working on projects of the OEM in their research as well as regular product development in Crash, NVH and other upcoming areas.
To help and guide the CAE team in their high end spike projects (project methodology and interpretations in line with customer expectations) to achieve highest quality in shorter duration
To develop/direct the team in case studies which are relevant to OEMs and saleable
