Description

United Toll Systems has an immediate need for individuals at its Corporate Headquarters in Wetumpka, AL. The individuals we seek must have the desire and ability to conceive, design, and develop self-paced, multimedia training modules delivered via CD-ROM, DVD, or directly over United Toll Systems local area network (LAN)
  • Candidates selected will be responsible for but not limited to:
  • Designing and developing CBT, WBT and video courses to meet company/client training needs
  • Designing and developing the software using a variety of computer related tools and techniques
  • Use instructional and technical writing to produce necessary training courses
  • Assist with training clients on-site after and during system-wide deployment
  • Lead cross-departmental teams to implement training program
  • Allocate, research and analyze computer mediums for the perspective software modules
  • Test, De-Bug and implement the final product
  • Candidate must be a detailed-oriented and self-motivated team player
  • Must be able to communicate complex concepts to multiple learning styles
  • Have strong conceptualization and visualization ability, traditional art and animation skills
  • A strong work ethic with self-direction and artisic vision
  • The ability to work successfully within tight deadlines


    Experience/Skills
    • US Master Degree in interactive media design or related field
    • US Bacherlors Degree in related field with 3 to 5 yrs progressively more responsible expierence in interactive media or web design and development
    • Working knowledge of Windows NT platform
    • Working knowledge of Macromedia Flash, .NET, C#, PhotoShop, Visual Studio 2003
      Additional Skills considered
