CCIE Voice Engineer - Cisco Voice, UCCX, UCCE, Pre Sales, Post Sales, Unity, Call Manager, CCIE/CCVP

  • Pre/Post Sales Engineering for Cisco Voice projects of mid - large size
  • Participate in large scale Deployments of Call Manager, Unity, and Call Center solutions.
  • Keep up-to-date on relevant competitive solutions, products and services.
  • Provide technical and sales support for accounts in assigned territory.
  • Perform technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects.
  • Assist with the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities.

Skills Required

  • Certs: CCIE Voice, CCVP
  • Strong implementations experience on enterprise environments
  • Call Manager, Unity, UCCX, UCCE, VOIP
  • Solid Cisco Voice Skills (Call Manager, Unity, UCCX, IPCC Express, etc.)
  • Experience in Cisco Pre/Post Sales Engineering or Technical Consulting
  • Very strong Cisco Routing and Switch/Data Networking skills
