Description
Voice CCIE performing as the Subject Matter Expert for the sale, delivery, and support of Cisco IP Telephony solutions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Marketing and Sales support; Design validation; Level of effort estimation; Lab testing; Technical lead for IP Telephony implementations; Tier 3 support and mentoring for help desks, field technicians, and peers. Requires approximately 50% travel.

Required Degrees/Majors/Accreditations/Skills: CCIE Voice Certification. Minimum of 7 years hands-on experience as a technical lead for Cisco IP Telephony projects including, but not limited to: Call Manager, Meeting Place, Unity, IPCC. Excellent communication skills - ranging from frontline to executive level communication. Self motivational and mentoring skills.
