CCNA – Post Sales Engineer – (LAN/WAN)

Location: Union, NJ
Duration: Full-time/perm


Responsibilities:
• Responsible for post sales efforts of implementation and support of the customer solutions. Install solutions for IP video communication solutions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot all facets of the implemented solutions.
• Responsible for implementing as a professional services solutions for network customers
• Support and troubleshoot of implemented solutions and the network
• Interact with customers during the post sale phase
• Create weekly summary of projects
• Work with NOC support technicians to educate staff—cross trainings
• Document all designs, projects, and modifications for the network.
• Submit completed paperwork to the appropriate department, including expense reports
• Travel nationwide to support customers





Requirements:
• CCNA certification is required
• Must have Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years of related technical experience.
• MUST have Previous installation experience with LAN/WAN
• Solid understanding of IP routing and routing protocols
• Firewalls and VPNs
• LAN switching
• LAN/WAN knowledge
• MUST have excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• MUST be willing and able to travel nationwide to support customers
• Working knowledge of PC’s and Windows NT/2000 based system is a must
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix a plus
