Provide leadership role in technical, marketing, and strategic formulation of CDMA product line planning process based on market research, standard specifications, competitive analysis, and customer input. Work with product management to develop product roadmap and create a targeted vision to support the effort of driving new business opportunities for CDMA network solution for potential and existing customers. Modeling, simulation, and performance analysis of CDMA protocols for essential IP generation and fundamental standard contributions.

Responsibilities/Requirements:
. MSEE/CS or PhD with more than six years of experience in wireless communications area is required.
. Candidate must be familiar with CDMA air interface protocols and infrastructure network subsystem product design.
. Experience in contract negotiations and closing with strong key contacts within the global CDMA carriers.
. Ability to generate essential contributions for adoption into the 3GPP2 specification with track record.
. Active participation with leadership role within the 3GPP2 TSG-C & X working groups.
. An excellent verbal and written communication skill in either Mandarin or English is required.
