Ajilon is currently looking for a Project Manager with a Telecom background who would be supporting the existing projects with the current PM as well as support own projects within a product development environment.

We are looking for a Project Manager experienced with end-to-end project management in product development (not just IT), cross-functional teambuilding, scope and risk management, issue resolution and stakeholder experience that extends to all areas of the business.

. Will be responsible for the planning and timely execution of key strategic development projects.
. Will support requirements from idea generation through full implementation and into production, ensuring that the developed solution adequately reflects the need.
. Will facilitate meetings and conference calls to ensure requirements are gathered for multiple concurrent projects.
. Report the status of the project, accomplishments, and issues on a regular basis.
. Responsible for scope and risk management to avoid scope creep while managing to mandated schedules
. Facilitate the review and approval process for all project assets.
. Schedule and conduct necessary project meetings for all assigned development projects.

Experience/Skills
. Strong Project (not Product) Management skills
. PMP certification a must, no exceptions.
. Must have strong experience working within the telecommunications industry
. Experience with CDMA / Wireless product line development
. Experience at managing key strategic development initiatives from conception to production in a product development environment.
. Experience working within a Product Development environment aligned to marketing working on end to end product development.
. Experience working with cross functional teams to determine project scope, create project plans, prioritize work, allocate resources, and report status.
. Strong ability to control and manage projects.
. Comfortable communicating with and taking input from a variety of people, including senior management.
. Experience with scope and risk management to avoid scope creep
. Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
. Must be detail oriented with excellent organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
. Must be able to work independently and as a member of a large team.
. Potential for travel, up to 10%.
