Job Title: Client Technologies Technician
Department: Information Technology Services
Location: San Ramon, CA
Reports To: Systems Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Hours: Full Time

Summary:
Handle incoming user calls and resolving Tier 1 calls or assigning the tickets to the appropriate technician.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsible for being available on the inbound Help Desk queue to answer and resolve caller’s issues.
Must be informative, polite, confident and knowledgeable in the systems and how they operate.
Must be able to communicate well and think and act in a quick manner in order to address the next caller.
Must meet the standard requirement for the Help Desk team.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
