Minimum requirements:

• 8 years of experience in analysis and programming

  
  

• 8 years of experience in system analysis, definition of system
  requirements and software design

  
  

• Expertise (minimum 8 years experience) in working with the COBOL, VSAM, JCL,
  TSO, ISPF)
  

  
  

• 5 years experience in life cycle development (analysis, design,
  development, testing, conversion, and implementation)

  
  

• 3 years experience developing and/or maintaining a financial and/or
  accounting system

  
  

• 3 years experience in the testing of a financial and/or accounting
  system

  
  

• Good communication skills (written and verbal)

  
  

• Strong programming skills
