Job Description Responsible for developing client/server software applications using COBOL/IMS. Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support the organization's client/server software applications. 10+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Strong knowledge of hierarchical and relational database concepts, and client-server concepts . Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. Typically reports to a project leader or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected Education: Bachelors degree in computer science or 10 plus years related work experience. Temp/Package This is a 6 month position paying an hourly rate of $40.00 to 50.00/hr DOE with an attractive benefits package including Flight Privileges.
