Description
Acentron is seeking a COBOL Programmer in Columbia, SC for a long term contract. The candidate will design, develop, enhance, test, implement and maintain Mainframe applications. Qualified candidates will have experience writing and modifying complex IDMS COBOL batch and online programs as well as modifying ADSO modules.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience in COBOL systems development and a thorough knowledge of COBOL, IDMS and ADSO programming techniques, procedures and methods including file organization and IDMS database design.
