Company located in Woonsocket, RI is seeking a candidate who would be responsible for implementing pharmacy benefit programs according to executed contracts. Interact with appropriate departments to ensure integrity of third party plan information. Provide store support and assist with special projects and ad hoc assignments as needed.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Manage all phases of the third party plan implementation cycle including plan set-up, testing, maintenance and compliance
Interact with third party agencies and processors. Obtain information for plan set-up and maintenance and perform post audit checks on actual script history
Execute test plans and clearly document all results
Ensure that all programs are coded accurately to mitigate third party rejections
Provide support and resolution to store inquiries
Self-starter with a commitment to continuous process improvements and improved service levels

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related work experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external customers.
Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to prioritize accordingly.
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (eg Word, Excel, Access)
Possess the ability to analyze data and summarize results.
