We have an immediate need for a Deskside Support Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide End User services including troubleshooting hardware, software, network connectivity, application problems (OS, MS Office, and site specific applications). Other tasks include: Troubleshooting: printer queue, remote access, wireless, Active Directory - users and Workstation accounts, File and Printer server issues. Build and deploy Laptops and PC per the clients instructions and procedures. Printer support includes replacement of toner, fusers, transfer rollers, and maintenance kits.
Must have hands on with Blackberrys, PDAs, Peripherals

PLEASE NOTE - This is a 12 month + W2 hourly contract position
