JOB DESCRIPTION - Software Trainer
Primary duty
In-house software trainer for our back office operations and accounting systems.
Fluent understanding - Microsoft Office
Superb oral and written skills
Bi-lingual (English / Spanish)
Ability to organize and prioritize duties
Passion for technology (not intimidated by tech manuals)
Some first level 'help desk' / computer equipment/software troubleshooting (corporate and outside production facilities)
Reports to IT Director
Primary responsibility: in-house trainer for our operations and accounting systems.

Comfortable in both office and 'yard' environment (inside / outside...)

SKILL SET:
Microsoft Office Proficient
Excel - advanced user (e.g.. macros, pivot tables)
Word
Desktop publishing tools
Trouble shoot / fix simple hardware / networking issues
Printer jams
