We have an immediate need for a CRM Business Analyst w/Salesforce exp

JOB DESCRIPTION:
REQUIRED: (Please do NOT apply if you don't have all of these requirements):
- B.S. in Computer Info Systems/Science or equivalent
- 6+ years as a CRM Analyst Implementing or Supporting Salesforce Applications system.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in supporting & implementing Salesforce solution.
- Knowledge of sales & marketing operations and interrelationships with other business functions
- Must possess excellent troubleshooting, analysis and design skills
- Knowledge & Experience with Oracle eBusiness Applications is desirable.
- Good knowledge of SQL is a must, while Exposure to PL/SQL is desirable.
- About 10-15% travel may be required
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skill

Responsibilities:
- Lead role in implementing, supporting & enhancing Salesforce CRM solution for a Global company.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiency within CRM Application.
- Analyze user requirements and issues; provide the best fit solution, while maintaining the integrity of existing applications.
- Understand end to end business processes and liaise with various business groups in the organization to facilitate implementation of new or improved business processes
- Support the Sales & Marketing end-user community by providing application support & training as required, and provide research, analysis and problem resolution to team members. Work closely with business users to resolve ongoing functional issues.
- Negotiate technical and non-technical solutions that both satisfy the business user and conform to the technical architecture.
- Document and communicate changes throughout the user organization, supporting change management and compliance.
