REQUIRED:
6+ years experience with complete software development life cycle (SDLC).
3+ Years in Computer Telephony Integration
3+ years strong experience in Genesys 6.x Routing.
3+ years in Genesys 6.x reporting.
Strong experience with Genesys framework.
