Description
Genesis10 Consulting, has partnered with the nations leading healthcare provider and is seeking 2 experienced Business Analysts for an 8 month contract in Oakland, CA.

Overall scope/purpose of the project/position: Implement IVR in 5 regions

Phase of the Team: Definition

Size of the Team: Core Team, 10

This is a National project . Phase one is 5 regions but subsequent phases take it to all regions and include additional functionality, such as call routing and Smart Desktop Integration.

Purpose of this position and the major outcomes desired with successful fulfillment of the position: Requirements Gathering (Business, User, Functional, Non-Functional, System), Architecture and Design of the Solutions (based on the Genesys Platform), gathering and documenting Functional Specification.

Top 5 daily responsibilities:
• Gathering Requirements
• Clear Documentation of artifacts
• Requirements entry into Caliber RM of Borland Suite
• Architecture and Design
• Interfacing with Business, IT groups and Vendors for requirements gathering, sign-offs etc.
