CTO - Video Games - Technical Director - Advertising - Flash - MS - .NET - Ad Agency - Online Games

Are you a Technical Manager, Director, VP or C level technical leader with strong experience with Microsoft technology and Flash technology with experience in Gaming, Behavioral Advertising, or Enterprise Software ? If so, read on!

What you need!
- Strong Fundamentals in Microsoft Technologies and More (Sql Server, IIS, Windows OS, .NET, ASPX, C++)
- Working Knowledge of Software development life cycle and best practices
- Working Knowledge of Flash, AS3, Flex, Web 2.0
- Working Knowledge of Web Services (JSON, SOAP)
- Working Knowledge of SDK and API Development
- Working knowledge of PHP, Apache
- Working Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Knowledge of Facebook API, FB Connect, Open Social
- Must have experience dealing with a High Volume, High Traffic Website (Ad Agency or Gaming is highly preferred)
- Experience with Transactional Systems that have scaled to multiple concurrent users
- Strong with databases (SQL SERVER & MYSQL) both with Regard to Replication and Scale
- Checkpoint Firewall and VPN access
- Setting up version control systems (SVN)
- Create aggregated bandwidth and usage reporting systems
- Establishing organizational processes and protocols for software development companies
- Excellent Client Facing Skills and an ability to be a public face for the company at industry shows
- Experience managing and developing budgets
- Roadmap and develop strategy for the long term goals of the business
- Bachelors Computer Science

What's a plus!
- Video Game Industry experience is a big plus (Ad agency working experience is also a strong plus)
- Development of Video Games
- Multilingual (Spanish or Russian)

What you will be doing!

- Managing IT/Development teams onsite and offshore
- Production
- Development (.Net, Flash)
- Network Security and Backup
- Managing external client hosting deployments
- Managing stellar development team (possibly incorporating 3rd party and remote developers)
- Managing Offshore resources
- Roadmapping and Strategies for technical direction of the company
- Developing and launching consumer Internet products (video games)
- Hands on work in development, network management, architecture as needed (must be able to eat your own dog food)
