CWDirect Multi-Channel Order Mgnt - Business Sys Analyst / QA for the following:

- LOCATION: Erie / Warren, PA
- Contract: 6 - 12 months
- Immediate start date.
- Seeking US Citizen or Permanent Resident ONLY

Requirements:


* Required: Experience in Commercial Ware*s CWDirect multi-channel order management, fulfillment and customer service application.
* Knowledge of cross-channel retail solution to optimize transactions from all customer touch points including catalogue, call center, and website, providing superior customer service and support throughout the sales process.
* This individual will work with users to answer CWDirect process questions and gather requirements for new functionality.
* Seeking RPG experience as well as experience taking the high level business requirements and writing detailed QA specs for development.
* May need to review CWD code.
* Experience with WMS, WebPDM, and ESPS would be nice to have
