Description
AutoCAD Draftsman / Tech Support Rep. Mid- level position working in the Engineering Dept for this Ventura County Mfg. Co. Ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of AutoCAD r. 2000 or later, strong mechanical aptitude, and be very detail oriented. This position is responsible for assisting in the creation of custom mechanical design drawings for product sales orders along with plant service drawings for tooling, custom fabrication drawings and redesign of current products.
This position will also closely interface with Customer Service by assisting customers on the phone with technical product questions, doing some data entry and some data base management. Good Mathematical skill (algebra and trigonometry) and FEA (Finite Elements Analysis. 15. 00 to 18. 00 per hour. Must pass a physical and drug test.
