Contract Cadd Technician in West Palm Beach, Florida:

Responsible for creating/updating an Asset Management System. These updates will be from construction drawings, land surveys, plats, field as-builts, field verification and GIS mapping corrections. Other duties are to prepare CADD drawing/sketches of new projects in support of new construction from engineering mark-ups.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be proficient with the following software: Windows 95/98/ME/XP, Microsoft Office, e-mail and AutoCAD 2000 or higher. Experience with GPS equipment, AutoCAD Map or ESRI products "ArcView, ArcGIS or ArchInfo" is a plus.
